Estimates:

Scope of Work:
Only services specifically listed in a signed written agreement or contract are included. Any additional work requested outside the agreed scope may result in a change order and additional cost.
3. Scheduling and Project Timelines
Project start dates and timelines are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, including material availability, inspections, permit approvals, weather conditions, or changes requested by the client. We will communicate any significant schedule changes in good faith.
4. Payments
Payment terms are outlined in the written agreement or contract signed prior to the start of work. Failure to make payments according to the agreed schedule may result in work delays or suspension, as permitted by law.
5. Client Responsibilities
To ensure efficient and safe project execution, the client agrees to:
Provide access to the property during agreed working hours
Ensure the work area is reasonably clear and safe
Disclose known structural issues, hazards, or prior damage
Secure pets and valuables during construction activities
6. Permits and Inspections
When required, permits will be obtained as specified in the written agreement. Final approval of work is subject to city or county inspections. Delays caused by inspection scheduling or municipal agencies are not the responsibility of Double A Construction.
7. Limitation of Liability
Double A Construction is not responsible for pre-existing conditions, hidden defects, or unforeseen structural issues discovered during construction. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from the Services shall not exceed the amount paid under the applicable contract. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
8. Workmanship
We stand behind the quality of our workmanship as outlined in the written agreement. Any concerns must be reported within a reasonable time after project completion so they may be reviewed and addressed appropriately.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of Double A Construction and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.
